Elections for a health savings account (HSA) for HDHP enrollees, medical flexible spending account (FSA) for medical OAP enrollees, and/or a dependent care account, will be held in December!
While nationwide insurance rates are increasing at an average 10%+ this year, more than double the current rate of inflation, our insurance premiums for the 2024/2025 plan year will largely remain flat. Only medical rates will see a slight increase across enrollment types (with no rate increase to employee-only plans), and no employee will see an increase of more than $65/month on their medical premiums. All other premiums, across all other plans, will remain flat year over year.
