Leading Fixed Income Platform Continues Growth with New Hires
Palm Beach County, FL, March 9, 2021 – Incapital LLC, a leading underwriter and distributor of fixed income securities and risk management investment solutions, today announced new additions to its fixed income group with the hiring of Daniel Larsen as Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales, and Jacob Sammons as Assistant Vice President, Middle Market Sales. They will leverage their decades of experience serving institutional clients to continue growing Incapital’s relationships with banks, credit unions, insurance companies and asset managers. Both will report to George Holstead and Laura Elliott, who jointly lead Incapital’s fixed income division.

Incapital has added 17 new professionals to its fixed income team in the last five quarters in the drive to grow its client-centric fixed income platform.
About the new hires:
- Daniel Larsen, Senior Vice President, brings to Incapital more than 25 years of experience in the financial markets, serving institutional clients including banks, credit unions, and public funds. He joins from Stifel, where he was Managing Director, Fixed Income Middle Market Institutional Sales. He has worked with depository institutions throughout his career, which has also included stints with Robert Baird, Stifel Nicolaus, and Sterne Agee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida State University. Mr. Larsen is based in Boca Raton, FL.
- Jacob Sammons, Assistant Vice President, joins Incapital from Piper Sandler, where he served as Vice President, Institutional Sales with a focus on insurance companies, financial institutions, and family offices. Previously, he was with Intercoastal Capital Markets. His experience includes identifying and creating tailored fixed income investments for client investment and loan portfolios across all sectors. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Mississippi, in capital markets finance and Spanish. Mr. Sammons is based in Chicago.
