Firm’s structured products and InterNotes® fixed income businesses receive recognition
BOCA RATON, FL, August 4, 2020 – Incapital LLC, a leading underwriter and distributor of fixed income securities and risk management investment solutions, today announced it was named 2020 Distributor of the Year and Corporate Issuer of the Year by the mtn-i Americas Structured Note Showcase & Awards.
This is the eighth time mtn-i has recognized Incapital as the Distributor of the Year. This year, the firm also won Corporate Issuer of the Year for its Ford Retail Corporate Callable Note offering on its InterNotes® platform.
Distributor of the Year

Corporate Issuer of the Year
Proclaiming Incapital’s InterNotes® for Ford Motor Credit as the Corporate Issuer of the Year, mtn-i focused on the significant volume the issue accounted for among , “all SEC-registered retail-targeted corporate callables thanks to the reach of Incapital’s InterNotes® program.”
