YOUR ROLE:
The MLP Internal Wholesaling team is looking for enthusiastic internal salespeople with aspirations of becoming a part of our external team. Based in our Delray Beach, Florida office, you will be part of our extensive Market Linked Products team, specifically within the Wholesaled MLP division. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, prior sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of market-linked products and an understanding of global markets is ideal
- FINRA Series 7, 63, Life and Health licenses, and SIE certification required
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the financial services industry highly preferred
- Strong active listening skills which can be used to persuade and negotiate
- Ability to effectively engage and present to different audiences
- Excellent time management skills, with a particular focus on prioritizing and scheduling daily activities
- Ability to execute repeatable and measurable sales processes effectively
- Demonstrate an aptitude for incorporating technological advancements to improve efficiency
